Richard W. Weston, Attorney at Law

Born and raised in Huntington, WV, Rich Weston is a proud mountaineer. Rich’s practice focuses on helping those that don’t have a “voice” in the court system. Rich started his career working for a civil defense firm representing large corporations and insurance companies. Although he gained valuable experience at this job, it did not take him long to realize his heart was not in it. So, in 2006, Rich "hung a shingle" and started his own law firm. Since that time, the action has not stopped as Rich has racked up victories in state and federal court. Rich’s no-nonsense approach gets his clients the results they desire.
